Social media is no longer just for college students and other young adults to announce their Friday night plans. About 66 percent of adults use some form of social media, with nearly a quarter of total online time spent browsing and posting on social networks. Designing a website to sell your products used to be pretty simple, because you knew your audience. They would be viewing the content in their homes on a 15- to 21-inch screen, and most likely would be using Internet Explorer. Things have changed. Today's website visitor may be on a home computer using Internet Explorer, but could just as easily be on Safari or FireFox.
